Shawn Mendes just debuted his brand new music video for his song “Ruin”!

In the video, the 17-year-old entertainer is singing on stage at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

He will be taking the stage at MSG on September 10 before the release of his upcoming LP Illuminate, which is due out on September 23.

“It was the song I’d bring home [and] show my friends,” Shawn told Rolling Stone. “Even from the first time I showed them the crappy demo where it was a live take to the full version, every single time they’ve been like, ‘This is my favorite song.’ I think out of the album, it’s a very standout record.”
