Cher Lloyd Celebrates Birthday After Performing at The Grove

Cher Lloyd rocks out on stage for her performance at The Grove in Los Angeles on Wednesday night (July 27).

The “Activated” singer joined singer AJ Lerhman for The Grove’s Summer Concert Series, just a day before her 23rd birthday.

“Thank you for all of the lovely birthday messages!!!” Cher wrote on Twitter.

Speaking with Rolling Stone earlier about her new song, Cher opened up about making sure it was the right song for her.

“I wasn’t going to just record something and release sh** for the sake of having a song out,” she shared. “I wanted to feel something when I heard [it], and I wanted to feel like I did when I first started, like when I used to sing in my bedroom when I was 15.”
