Sarah Hyland & Nolan Gould Rep 'Modern Family' At Teen Choice Awards 2016!

Sarah Hyland looks so pretty while making an appearance at the 2016 Teen Choice Awards held at The Forum on Sunday (July 31) in Inglewood, Calif.

Nolan Gould and Cameron Monaghan were also seen on the teal carpet that evening for the big show.

“Thanks @teenchoicefox for the nomination. Clothing by @originalpenguin,” Cameron tweeted that night. Cameron was up for an award for his work on Gotham.
