Selena Gomez looks pretty in a shot on the beach from the September issue of Vogue, on stands August 23.
The 23-year-old entertainer opened up about the designers who didn’t want to dress her and her personal style evolution.
“I wasn’t always the [designers’] top choice,” Selena explained, who is now Louis Vuitton‘s latest campaign star.
The brand’s creative director Nicolas Ghesquière says he “was immediately intrigued by her spontaneity and curiosity” while Selena adds that he liked her song “Good For You” and that was “the real icebreaker.”
With millions of followers and a massive tour Selena is now dressed by the likes Valentino and Rodarte, explaining, “I like to find things that are unconventional and make them look classic because if I’m forcing something, you can just tell.”
