'Descendants 2' Casts Dylan Playfair as Gaston's Son Gil

Meet the son of Gaston, Dylan Playfair!

The Some Assembly Required actor has just joined Descendants 2 as the son of Beauty and The Beast‘s Gaston, Gil, EW reports. Some competition for Ben!

Dylan joins Thomas Doherty (as Harry, son of Captain Hook) and China Anne McClain (as Uma, daughter of Ursula) for the upcoming DCOM sequel.

Dylan is also a hockey player who hails from Fort St. James, BC, Canada, and will recur in Netflix’s upcoming series Travelers and Haters Back Off.
