Taylor Swift Was Dismissed From Jury Duty

Taylor Swift is no longer serving jury duty because she’s been dismissed, TMZ reports.

The 26-year-old entertainer told the judge she couldn’t be impartial in the aggravated rape/kidnapping case in question in Nashville, Tenn.

Taylor told the judge she has a pending case in Colorado against former radio host David Mueller. David allegedly fondled Taylor backstage during a concert, and thus couldn’t be impartial sitting on the jury of a different sexual assault case.

Taylor made waves earlier in the day when she posed for a selfie during jury duty with a fan’s mom!
