Lucy Hale dons a cute black hat while heading out to lunch on Tuesday afternoon (August 30) in West Hollywood, Calif.
The 27-year-old Pretty Little Liars actress caught up with some friends for a bite to eat just ahead of the summer finale of the Freeform show.

Just the day before, Lucy joined her PLL family in announcing the end of the series.
