The 20-year-old actor, who you know from Once Upon a Time, opened up about getting started in the industry, how it’s changed and more.
“I think that TV just does generally move a lot quicker because there’s more volume to take care of and also the writing structure is very different,” Robbie shared. “With film you often, you have a script and it is largely locked in [With TV, there's] a lot more voices that chime in. You’ve got input from the studio and from the network and things like that.”
He added about his role of Peter on Once, “I feel that with Once you really can jump in and say ‘Oh, wow, this is the great world and it’s populated with characters that I already know about.”
Robbie continued, “It was great, it was cool, I mean obviously the Disney version that archetype is really a familiar as a good guy, but really James Murray’s original was relatively evil. You know, that character did kill kids when they got too old. So it kind of was going back to the original version of that character.”
