Sofia Richie turns heads in a cut-out T-shirt, showing off her lace bra while leaving dinner at Craig’s restaurant with friends on Tuesday night (September 20) in West Hollywood, Calif.

Earlier that day, the 18-year-old model stepped out in a plunging, striped dress to do some shopping with a pal.
