Brooklyn Beckham Gets Nominated for the the 22 Push-Up Challenge By His Dad David! (Video)
Brooklyn Beckham sports a bright beanie and matching sneakers as he prepares to practice on his skateboard on a sunny Friday (September 23) in London, England.
Earlier this week, the 17-year-old model was nominated by his dad, David Beckham, to take on the 22 Push-Up Challenge, a social media movement created to raise awareness for the 22 members of the armed forces who are driven to suicide each day because of PTSD.
David, who was nominated by his friend Guy Ritchie, documented his experience while on an airplane!
He said in his Instagram video, “I accept your challenge, not because you asked me, but I accept it for the 22 servicemen that take their lives from PTSD every single day. I’ve been to Afghanistan, I’ve seen the courage of our troops, and if there’s anything I can do to raise awareness to the situation, I can.”
He then nominated Brooklyn for the challenge, which Brooklyn took on and shared via a black-and-white video on the beach.
“Thank you for the nomination!!” Brooklyn captioned the Instagram vid. “This is me accepting your challenge Dad to honour the 22 Service men that kill themselves daily. … Now it’s your turn to get stuck in chaps..I nominate @mrbobbyrich & @jessejjenkins.”
