Val Chmerkovskiy Forced Laurie Hernandez To Take A Day Off

Laurie Hernandez rocks a ‘Can’t Stop Won’t Stop’ tee while heading into the dance studio on Thursday (October 6) in Los Angeles.

The 16-year-old gymnast met up with pro partner Val Chmerkovskiy to work on their performance for next week’s Dancing With The Stars.

“I still can’t believe it. It’s amazing because we train so hard for it and we only had three days to prepare for it. I’m just excited that it worked out,” Laurie dished at the premiere of Middle School: The Worst Years of My Life earlier this week about her perfect score.

Val joked, “I forced her to take today off. I was, like, this is it. She deserves it.”
