Asia Monet Ray gets deep with her amazing cover video of Selena Gomez‘ ‘Kill ‘Em With Kindness’.

“I was drawn to the lyrics of ‘Kill ‘Em with Kindness’ and the message it was sending out,” the 11-year-old entertainer dished to JJJ about why she chose the song. “I wanted to flip the song and make it a ballad instead of keeping it medium tempo like the original version.”

Asia added, “I wanted the message in the video to be so clear that our generation would feel the emotion and understand that nothing can be gained by fighting or violence. That we must do better as a nation to have peace, unity and love for one another.”
