Ryan McCartan is spending his single days in a new relationship – but it’s not what you think.

The 23-year-old Rocky Horror star, who recently ended his engagement with longtime love Dove Cameron, has been keeping his eyes on the news.

“I think CNN and I are in a long distance relationship at this point,” Ryan tweeted, as he monitors what’s going on in the current Presidential Election.

Meanwhile, in case you missed it, Ryan recently opened up about how he and Dove still text each other, and how their breakup was “cordial.”

“It just plain old sucks,” he said at the time. “It’s really hard. I still love her very much, but C’est la vie. That’s just kind of how it goes. Time heals everything.”
