James Bay Reveals a Service He Thinks 'Definitely Sucks!'

We love James Bay even more for caring so much about his fans!

The “Let It Go” singer isn’t happy with websites that buy tickets from his official website and then resell them on their own sites at a higher price.

At the 2016 StubHub Q Awards last week (he won Best Solo Artist!), James gave a speech in which he slammed the secondary ticketing sites.

“Apologies to my fans for ever having to deal with secondary ticketing sites,” he said. “I hope we see the end of them. They definitely suck.”

“Thank you to my fans for listening to my music, for coming to shows, for buying the record,” James added.

Don’t miss James‘s upcoming performance at the 2016 American Music Awards, which will be broadcast live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday (November 20) at 8 PM EST on ABC – and click here to see who else will be performing!

Check out our gallery to see pics of James attending a screening of Arrival (in theaters tomorrow!) held at the May Fair Hotel on Tuesday (November 8) in London, England.
