Ed Sheeran Accidentally Cut On Cheek at Dinner Party

Now this is a story to tell the grand kids someday… Ed Sheeran was accidentally cut on the face by Princess Beatrice!

The duo were at a dinner party when singer James Blunt joked that he had always wanted to be knighted. Beatrice played along and said she could arrange it and went to get a sword.

As she went to swing the sword around to tap James on the shoulder, she didn’t realize Ed was right behind her and accidentally sliced his face, just missing his eye.

Ed was reportedly taken to the hospital to get it checked out, and then returned to the party later.

We’re glad it didn’t end too badly!
