Shailene Woodley made sure to keep warm while participating in the Water is Life March on Sunday (November 27) in Washington, D.C.

Even though she wasn’t feeling well, she still marched from the Department of Justice to the Washington Monument.

The week before, Shailene broke down in tears while debunking Thanksgiving as a holiday.
