'Vampire Diaries' Showrunner Teases Another Death Coming on Final Season

It’s not like we just lost Tyler Lockwood (Michael Trevino) or anything…but now showrunner Julie Plec is teasing that another death on the final season of The Vampire Diaries is coming.

“Painful” and “terrible”, were the only words she used when asked about who was leaving the show a little early…but failed to say which character it was.

When we last left the series at the mid-season finale, Stefan had volunteered as Cade’s newest servant to save Caroline’s twin girls, and his brother, Damon.
