Bella Thorne Has a New Hair Color for the New Year: Blue!

Bella Thorne is ready to kick off 2017 with a completely new look and she’s rocking her new hair color – blue!

The 19-year-old actress brought her fans into the full process of the color change via Snapchat videos. She had her hair dyed by her older sister Dani and then she debuted the finished look during a night on the town.

“I literally feel like a new person,” Bella said when her new color was complete.

Bella joined her friend Keke Palmer on Wednesday evening (December 28) to visit Think Tank Gallery in downtown Los Angeles.
