Ed Sheeran Announces His Return to Music in 2017!

As if we weren’t already excited for so many things in 2017, Ed Sheeran just added his new music to our growing list!

The 25-year-old singer has not released an album since x in June 2014, but he will finally be returning to the music scene in 2017.

Ed took to his social media pages for the first time in over a year on New Year’s Day to share the exciting news with fans.

In the video, Ed is seen waving to the camera and holding up a sign that says “new music this Friday!!”

Back in December 2015 while announcing his social media break, Ed promised that his third album “is on its way and is the best thing I have made thus far.” We can’t wait to hear it!

Just over a week ago, Ed was spotted with a doppelganger on the set of a new music video.
