The Shake It Up star – making a statement in a rainbow-colored ensemble – was spotted hanging out with musician Josh Golden on Monday (January 30) in Santa Monica, Calif. (And yes, their hair colors totally matched.)

He wrapped his arms around her shoulders as they enjoyed a meal at M Street Kitchen.
