Teala Dunn's New VLOG Called 'Starting Over' is Inspiring!

Teala Dunn is taking a step back to reflect on her life in her latest vlog entry, called “Starting Over.”

In addition to doing a typical Teala ‘Get Ready With Me,’ the 20-year-old social media star dives into a more serious topic: happiness and how to achieve it.

“The reason I’m naming this vlog title ‘Starting Over,’” she explains in the vlog, “is because I’m really starting over with myself. I feel so much happier. I feel like I literally see what’s important in life and realize my worth and how I should be treated and how I should be appreciated. We need to realize how worth it we are and how special we are.”

But when everyday life things — like stressful relationships and hard decisions — get in the way, it takes a little more work to feel happy. Teala‘s advice?

“I would get a journal and write down the qualities that you know you have as a person and reflect on them every day,” she suggests, adding, “Make sure that the things you are writing down are true. If you say, ‘I’m on honest person, I’m a genuine person, I’m a loyal,’ ask yourself, ‘Am I? or am I just acting this way?’”

She continues: “If you write down a bunch of positive things, it will inspire you to be more positive every day. Or at least that’s how I feel.”
