'Pretty Little Liars' EP Picks Out Super Haunting Scene As His Favorite
Any Pretty Little Liars fan will have a favorite scene from the series…or even mulitiple scenes.
But do you have a particular scene that sent shivers down your spine that you just couldn’t shake? EP Oliver Goldstick does — and it’s very specific.
The scene he chose was back in season two, where Aria gains Jenna’s confidence during a pottery class, as “Anita”.
“The scene haunts me because it encapsulates a fear that we all carry with us: Have I caused irrevocable damage to another human being? Have I hurt someone so deeply that there’s nothing I can do to heal the wound? What can I do to erase the past?” he revealed in a new interview.
“I don’t know, maybe because I’m also a visual person, the idea of robbing someone of their sight really hits me on a visceral level.”
He added, “Much of this scene plays out in Lucy [Hale]‘s wide, tear-brimming eyes. And of course, just when a torn, guilt-ridden Aria is about to come clean, Jenna beats her to the punch.”
