Nina Dobrev thinks the award for “most turnt up” belongs to her!
The Vampire Diaries star had a blast at her xXx: Return of Xander Cage co-star Vin Diesel‘s sister � Sam Vincent‘s � birthday last week and took tons of pics to prove it.
