Ethan Dolan Dismisses Haters Who Accuse Him of 'Dropping Friends'
In a thread of tweets published in the last couple of hours, Ethan Dolan opened up about people who accuse his brother, Grayson Dolan, and him of “dropping friends.”
“I just wanna say something that I feel I kinda need to talk about,” he began. “I’m over seeing people accuse [Gray] and I of ‘dropping friends.’ We wouldn’t just not be friends with someone unless something went wrong.”
He went on to say that he and his brother were not “like that” at all and don’t believe in promoting drama.
We aren’t going to get into who Ethan could have been talking about, because who he chooses to be friends with is his business.
It’s definitely okay to change friends as you grow older, even if that does mean “dropping,” or outgrowing, some friends. Sometimes friendships become toxic, and those are the most important ones in the world to “drop.”
Fans leapt to support Ethan, thanking him for “finally” speaking out, and (in some cases) apologizing for leaping to assumptions.

Since we don't like to promote drama, we end up getting accused of dropping people and using them when gray and I aren't like that at all

I'm not subtweeting, I'm just speaking in general. Some friendships aren't always perfect/don't necessarily last forever, but life goes on
