As a 73-year old woman, I find it too complicated. The sound during phone calls is practically non-existent. The info indicates that you have a text; upon checking, there is no new text. Also, when the front display indicates you have messages, when you open the site, it says: Please record your message now …… . I don’t know if I just got a “lemon” or if the sound is bad on all their smart phones. However, if you play music, the sound is fine. It’s all too confusing for this old lady.
