Dove Cameron Says There Will Be Music From Her This Year

Dove Cameron is perfectly pretty in pink on the cover of Modeliste magazine.

The Descendants 2 star opened up about fashion, beauty, and most importantly — her music.

“I’m really excited about my music. I have been waiting a long time to be able to do what I think I’m about to do,” Dove says.

She adds, “It’s been my dream and part of my goals and part of who I am and my spirit and my bones since I was alive in the world. Having people be like, ‘Hey, do you want to do this? We’ll give you the resources to do this’ and having people be like, ‘We want to hear it!’ is really surreal and awesome.”

Dove says that fans can expect to hear something soon, but she can’t say an exact date.

“I’m excited. That’s definitely coming. 2017 is going to be a really big year,” she shared. “I can’t speak too much on it, but in terms of my first single, it’s definitely going to be exciting. I think a lot of my fans can anticipate what it’s going to sound like.”
