The Hairspray Live! actress and singer belted out her version of Beyonce‘s “Listen” earlier this morning on her Instagram Stories and has her entire fandom shook.

We only hope that this is a prelude to her own music, which she has said will be out this year sometime.

“It’s been my dream and part of my goals and part of who I am and my spirit and my bones since I was alive in the world,” Dove shared.

“I think a lot of my fans can anticipate what it’s going to sound like.”
