Disney Launches 'Frozen' Inspired Fashion Design Show

Your two favorite things in life — Disney and fashion — are coming together in a amazing way.

The company just launched a brand new fashion series called Disney Design Challenge, which will follow 12 young designers challenged to design collections inspired by Walt Disney Animation Studios’ blockbuster Frozen.

The Disney Design Challenge: Frozen Fashion aims to blend the animated movie and the Los Angeles fashion scene into one wearable concept.

The show will feature student designers at the Otis College of Art and Design and be hosted by fashion blogger Candy Washington.

Think of it kind of as Project Runway Junior, to a point.

In the final episode, three winners will have their collections recreated available for purchase immediately after at Nineteenth Amendment, the iconic straight-off-the-runway fashion destination.

Plus, they’ll get a full scholarship for their final year of fashion school. Sweet!
