MacKenzie Ziegler is Being Sued By Music Production Company

A music production company is going after Mackenzie Ziegler.

According to TMZ, Kismet Music is suing the 13-year-old Dance Moms alum and her mom Melissa for allegedly “bailing on performances and record sessions, and working with another producer on the side.”

Kismet signed a deal with Kenzie back in 2014 and claims that she promised to “deliver technically and commercially satisfactory records.”

The company says she’s been working with another producer, which is against her contract, and it’s suing for 15 percent of her net profits.
