The 28-year-old actress and the 25-year-old actor have been dating for many years, though they spent time apart for most of the year while Austin was filming in New Zealand.

The hot couple was photographed outside of their New York City hotel on Friday (June 23) before heading to the Hamptons for a romantic weekend.
