Molly Ringwald Returns To 'Riverdale' For Season 2

It’s not just Veronica’s dad, Hiram Lodge, who is coming back to Riverdale — Archie’s mom is too!

Archie Comics revealed earlier this week that Mary Andrews, played by Molly Ringwald, is coming back to her hometown for season two.

The last we saw Mary, she was heading back to Chicago, where she started a brand new life after leaving Fred and Archie two years before that.

Now, with Fred getting shot and his fate, up in the air, we knew she had to come back. We mean, Archie needs some kind of parental unit around, right? Right.
