Rowan Blanchard On Makeup: 'The Stranger I Look, The More Comfortable I Feel'

Rowan Blanchard is the queen of fearless beauty looks, and it’s one of the many things we love about her.

The activist and actress donned many colorful eye shadows all at once for a Chanel dinner this week in Los Angeles and revealed that this look, and her recent look at the Chanel fashion show in Paris, were times that she felt the most comfortable.

“The stranger I look, the more comfortable I feel,” Rowan shared with WWD. “I don’t really wear makeup in my day-to-day life, so when I do, I wear blue and green, something colorful.”

She adds, “I’m obsessed with when people get freaky with makeup. It feels very performance-like. I don’t like thinking about it in terms of perfecting something.”
