Aladdin's Naomi Scott Defines Inequality in New PETRIe Magazine Feature

Naomi Scott is glamming up on the cover of PETRIe 68, where she is rocking Chanel looks!

You may not know, but Naomi was just announced as Jasmine in Disney’s upcoming live action Aladdin movie.

While the full cover story will not be released until September, you can check out the sneak peek below.

During the interview, Zadrian Smith, the founder & Editor-in-Chief of the mag, asked Naomi, “In your own words, define inequality?”

“There are certain aspects of inequality that I have faced and will face; there are also aspects of inequality that I am entirely unaware of and, without more life experience, will not encounter. For example, just being a woman can trigger strange instances of inequality, in moments when it shouldn’t and I don’t expect it, and I am sometimes left stunned by it,” Naomi explained. :Very often it might be small things, something subtle, microaggressions that I become aware of. One universal form inequality takes is in how people are made to feel or be valued as less than someone else.”
