This Is The Biggest Lesson that Katherine Langford Has Learned From '13 Reasons Why'

Katherine Langford is currently at work filming a second season for 13 Reasons Why in the San Francisco area.

The actress, who plays Hannah Baker in the Netflix series, spoke with the Sydney Morning Herald recently about what she’s taken away from the series and how it’s impacted fans across the world.

“I think it emphasized for me the importance of bravery and being bold and unique,” she shared. “It also affirmed that those things are great, they’re good things.”

Katherine adds about the sensitive subjects that are touched on.

“I think we cover a lot of different issues in the show which people relate to differently depending on their own personal history and context,” she says. “I feel very lucky to be able to have a platform from the show to talk about issues that are important.”
