Demi Lovato loves to celebrate her confidence about her body on social media, and today she took to Instagram (August 1) to shout-out her improving relationship with her stomach.
“I rarely post pics with my belly button showing because I’m normally insecure about showing my full stomach,” the 24-year-old “Sorry Not Sorry” singer wrote, “but I’ve been working really hard…so I thought I’d post this cause I’m feeling myself right now!!”
She also shouted out all of the people who have helped her to feel better about her body, including her nutritionist, gym, and trainers.
Most of us aren’t able to have a nutritionist or a trainer, but her central message — that being proud of your body and your progress deserves a shout-out — is definitely one that we can get behind.
