Paris Jackson Talks the Hardest Parts About Being a Woman in New Interview

Paris Jackson has no tolerance for closed-minded people, and in a new interview conducted via text message, the model and actress opens up about what it’s like to be a woman in 2017.

“Double standards definitely suck,” Paris writes to i-D Magazine, “Being sexualized also isn’t cool. When you’re in the public eye and people write stuff about you, they’re usually not as lenient with judgment as they are with men.”

Then she gets political, writing: “Not to mention have a president that doesn’t respect you because you have a vagina. Men are hella dope, I definitely don’t think women are superior. We just all deserve to be treated with respect and equality. Feels me?”

She also opens up about loving her body and how she tries to be a positive role model in the interview. Just don’t spend too much time on the first paragraph of the interview — she isn’t a fan.
