Malia Obama Was a 'Fantastic, Amazing' PA on Halle Berry's Show!

As Malia Obama is gearing up to attend Harvard University this fall, let’s take a quick trip down memory lane.

The daughter of former president Barack and former first lady Michelle Obama has been spending her year interning with famed film producer Harvey Weinstein in New York City.

Before that, Malia interned with Lena Dunham‘s HBO series Girls and worked as a production assistant on the the CBS sci-fi series Extant, starring Halle Berry.

Halle recently opened up about what Malia was like as a PA, admitting that it was difficult for a lot people to see her as just as regular PA!

Halle said she fangirled a little bit, joking that she wanted to ask Malia, “Can we call your dad or your mom?”

“She was fantastic, she was amazing,” Halle shared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen. “She was down to do whatever a PA is asked to do, and I had wild respect for her for that. Yeah I was such a huge fan of her. She was amazing� She is such a smart, beautiful, young woman. Everybody couldn’t really see her as a PA, although she tried and tried to be one. We just couldn’t really see her as one, but to her credit, she tried very hard to be one.”
