Noah Cyrus Considers Lady Gaga Her Greatest Musical Influence

Noah Cyrus grew up in a musical family where she was no doubt taught the virtues of music from a very young age — but her greatest musical influence might not be who you would expect.

“Lady Gaga,” the 17-year-old “Stay Together singer told Town & Country of her greatest influence, “She doesn’t care what anyone else thinks. I admire that.”

As for herself, Noah tries to be “as honest as possible” for her fans and to “keep…it real with them,” even on social media, in order to portray her most authentic self.

It seems she is already well on her way to embracing what she loves about Lady Gaga.

“People are always going to have things to say,” she said, “No matter what you’re doing — so ignore it.”

Gaga would approve.
