Nolan Gould Teases College Rivalry With Ariel Winter After Being Accepted to USC

Nolan Gould is officially a USC Trojan!

The Modern Family actor shared the news during Variety’s Power of Young Hollywood event with ET and joked about a pseudo rivalry with co-star Ariel Winter, who attends UCLA.

“I got accepted for Cinematic Arts,” he shared. “I’ve spent my entire life in front of the camera and I just am really interested in what goes on behind the camera — so directing, producing, writing, all of that stuff.”

Nolan adds about that rivalry: “It’s going to be a TV sibling rivalry for sure. We’re definitely gonna have to watch some games together.”

He’ll be starting his college career next year, after he wraps on the ABC show.

“I’m not [going] this fall because of Modern Family got picked up for two more years, so I deferred for one year,” Nolan explained.

Still, that’s a huge deal. Congrats to Nolan!
