When the show starts at 8pm EST, you can head over to MTV’s website to watch the show, but you’re going to need a cable login in order to stream it.

Katy Perry will be hosting the event with performances by Shawn Mendes, Miley Cyrus, Fifth Harmony, and many, many more!
