Niall Horan Played a Vintage One Direction Song at His Flicker Sessions Tour Last Night

Niall Horan may be a full-fledged solo artist now kicking off his solo tour, but he will never forget where he came from.

The 23-year-old former One Direction singer had a huge night yesterday evening, August 29, kicking off the first night of his Flicker Sessions tour.

Niall revealed the title of his debut album, played some previously unheard gems, and — best of all — went back to his 1D roots.

At his Dublin concert, he sang “Fool’s Gold,” a ballad from 1D‘s 2014 album, Four. Of course, the crowd was obsessed with the throwback.

See that? It’s our hopes and dreams that 1D will someday get back together again, alive and well.

Watch a fan video of the performance below!
