New '13 Reasons Why' Star Anne Winters Steps Out for 'Mom and Dad' Premiere at TIFF 2017

Anne Winters is a wonderful vision in white at the premiere of Mom and Dad during the 2017 Toronto International Film Festival held at Ryerson Theatre on Saturday (September 9) in Toronto, Canada.

The actress, who will star in season two of 13 Reasons Why, stars as Carly Ryan in the thriller flick.
