Jordan Fisher Reveals Meaning Behind His New Single 'Mess' (Exclusive)

Tomorrow, we will be blessed with a brand new song from Jordan Fisher called “Mess” — and JJJ‘s got all the details about the track right now.

We spoke to Jordan recently about his new song and found out just how excited he was about releasing new music for his fans.

“It’s been about a year since I’ve released new music and it’s simply because I’ve wanted to restructure my sonic foundation and really determine what I want people to hear from me,” he says.

He was taking his time with it all because “the debut album is always going to be the debut album, it will be my very first album, and this is the first single off of it.”

Talking about “Mess”, Jordan reveals that it’s all about women in general and just how they are so much smarter than men will ever be.

“It’s a bit of a narrative kind of song,” he says. “I think that women are pretty incredible creatures and you guys are much smarter than men and know how to play with our brains and mess with us.”

Jordan adds, “It’s the truth. You guys know how to do things with guys brains that we could never do. You like to mess with us and that’s the concept of the song.”
