Chelsea Kane Opens Up About Attending Route 91 Festival Before Tragic Shooting

Chelsea Kane was one of thousands attending the Route 91 Festival where the tragic Las Vegas shooting occurred and she’s speaking out about the experience.

The Baby Daddy actress and some friends had traveled to Las Vegas for the annual country fest and thankfully, they all made it out safely.

“It’s been a week since the unimaginable unfolded at the Route 91 festival in Las Vegas… and although I still haven’t been able to fully process the how and why of what happened there, I just feel beyond grateful that this picture wasn’t the last time I watched my friends wrap their arms around each other in moments of pure bliss,” Chelsea wrote on her Instagram.

She added, “My heart breaks for the families and friends that can’t say the same. At the very least, this terrible week only jolts me back to reality when I start worrying about the usual nonsense that makes me crazy… That crap doesn’t matter. What matters is life and human connection.”

We’re so glad Chelsea and her friends are safe and our hearts continue to be with those affected by this tragedy.
