Stranger Things' Linnea Berthelsen Dishes On Joining the Hit Netflix Series

Linnea Berthelsen shows off her fun medal after participating in Netflix’s Binge Racing event for the launch of Stranger Things season two last weekend in Los Angeles.

The 24-year-old actress, who plays Roman in the new season, handed out Eleven’s fave food, waffles, and handed out medals for those Hawkins faithfuls who finished the nine-episode marathon straight through.

Speaking with Galore recently, Linnea opened up about joining the hit series as a newbie.

“Everyone was super welcoming. Honestly, I felt like a part of the cast very quickly,” she shared. “I had a lot of fun with the cast and crew on the show, and everyone was so helpful and nice.”

Linnea adds that it’s different from everything else she’s done.

“I love sci-fi, so that in itself makes it really cool to be a part of,” she says. “You arrive to set, and realize that the world they created is super detailed. It is truly amazing. Entering the world they have created is a dream as an actor.”
