Jenna Ortega Loves Spending Time With Her Family: 'They Keep My Feet on the Ground'

Jenna Ortega has, at age 15, already had a career most of us could only dream of.

Still, despite the glitz and glamour of Hollywood, she opens up in a new interview about how much she loves spending time with her friends and family and doing regular teenage activities.

“I love that I can home to the Coachella Valley and see my family and friends who have been with me from day one,” Jenna told People. “It’s nice to have them by my side always.”

Her family definitely doesn’t give her special treatment, either: “I get home from the set and they do not forget to tell me that there are dishes in the sink waiting for me. They keep my feet on the ground.”

Jenna also counts swimming, hanging out with friends, sleepovers, and “watching movies with m family” as her favorite hobbies, rather than Hollywood parties or red carpets.
