'Chilling Adventures of Sabrina' Moves To Netflix For 20-Episodes

The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina has officially been greenlit!

The haunting companion series to Riverdale has secured a 20-episode order and be moving to Netflix for two seasons.

The one-hour drama is based on the comic and reimagines the origin and adventures of Sabrina as a dark coming-of-age story that traffics in horror, the occult, and witchcraft.

The series will see Sabrina wrestling to reconcile her dual nature as a half-witch, half-mortal while standing against the evil forces that threaten her, her family, and the daylight world humans inhabit.

Riverdale showrunner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa will serve as writer and executive producer, while Lee Toland Krieger will be on board to direct and executive produce.

Now we really have to seriously dream cast Sabrina!
