Sofia Carson made some of her childhood dreams come true this year!

The 24-year-old singer and actress took to her Instagram to reflect on her incredible year and express how thankful she is for her fans.

“looking back at the year we’ve shared, I remembered when I was a little girl, and dreamt that one day, if I was lucky enough, I would be performing my music on a big stage, and I’d look out into the audience and see a sea of beautiful lights. and then one day, it happened,” Sofia wrote.

Sofia included a video performing at We Day, writing, “this was one of my most unforgettable performances. when I sing this song, it comes from the deepest part of my heart. thank you for moments like these.”
