Sofia Carson Praises Demi Lovato For Her Body Confidence Beach Pic

Like many of us, Sofia Carson is really loving Demi Lovato‘s most recent body confidence pic she shared on Instagram this morning.

Demi shared the pic despite being self-conscious about her legs, writing, “I’m posting it because I look so happy and this year I’ve decided I’m letting go of my perfectionism and embracing freedom from self criticism.”

Sofia gave Demi a shout out for the message and picture on her Twitter just moments after.

“Thank you for this, on behalf of every girl in the world who has ever wanted to be something that they’re not or has wanted to look differently than they do, thank you,” Sofia wrote. “You are beautiful.”
