Beyond's New Villain Is Very Bad News For Holden

Beyond is back on our TV screens next week and while we’re still preparing ourselves for more Willa and Holden, we need to double prepare for the new big bad.

Speaking earlier this year, executive producers David Eick, Adam Nussdorf and Tim Kring opened up about the new villain coming for Holden in season two.

The antagonist is named Diego and “he’s very bad news for Holden,” star Burkely Duffield said.

“We based him really on Lucifer,” David Eick shared. “He wants what is rightfully his, and so his agenda is very personally motivated. We’re trying to steer away from complex storylines and keep it very personal.”

Beyond returns on Thursday, January 18th on Freeform.
